VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) - some results

Here are the other effects on me by drinking at least 3 tablespoons daily of VCO:
- I have a good bowel movement;
- Sometimes I have loose stools especially if I have eaten dirty(?) foods, the first time I have experienced it I thought I was having a diarrhea but later I realized that it must be cleaning my digestive system
- I tried to apply it on my eyebugs before sleeping at night for a week, and it has lessen the darkness of my eyebugs
